Our Firm

Shanthi Durairajah qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and became an Associate of Rosemary Smith and Co. in January 1998 and a Partner in January 1999. Shanthi specialises in conveyancing, wills, probate and trusts.

Helen Johnson qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has many years experience as a family lawyer and joined the firm as a Partner in January 2004 to run the firm�s Matrimonial Department. Both Shanthi and Helen undertake commercial conveyancing and allied matters.

Today, Rosemary Smith and Co. provide a full range of services to families and small businesses from the office at Crowthorne. A large part of the business comes by way of recommendations from existing clients.

We are committed to providing a quality service for all clients and if a client�s financial situation entitles them to Legal Help or full Public Funding (Legal Aid) the client will always be advised of this and an application for Public Funding will be submitted on their behalf.

Rosemary Smith and Co is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is bound by the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 which can be accessed on the internet at www.sra.org.uk/code . All Fee earners are aware of the standards required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
